The Bell & Ross BR V2-94 Black Steel is a vintage-inspired chronograph which combines vintage design elements with modern manufacturing techniques.
The watch is powered by a calibre BR-CAL.301 which is an automatic mechanical movement. This movement provides hours, minutes, small seconds at 3 o’clock, and Date. It also offers a chronograph which features a 30-min timer at 9 o’clock, central chronograph seconds.
The case is 41 mm in diameter made in stainless steel. The steel case is satin-polished. The case has a steel bezel with an anodised black aluminum ring and tachymeter scale. To prevent dust and water from coming in, the watch has a screw-down crown and push-buttons. It is also equipped with a sapphire see-through caseback so you can adore the movement ticking away. The dial is matte and this has lots of texture, which also adds to the vintage feel, and also makes the watch feel more “alive”. Like many vintage watches had, it has an ultra-curved sapphire with anti-reflective coating. It is water-resistant to 100 meters.
